To support our presence at external conferences through coordinating the delivery and planning of materials, liaising with conference organizers and couriers, and supporting internal communication about conferences and events.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
To support the Senior Conference and Events Manager with the delivery of the UK & EMEA Stand schedule.
Investigate details and opportunities for all conferences on the schedule.
To set up and attend conference planning meetings with key internal stakeholders and circulate planning meeting notes.
Exhibitor manuals for certain conferences need to be reviewed and additional stand equipment ordered/risk assessments completed etc.
Shipping dates to be booked in with external couriers and point of deliveries checked.
To liaise with Marketing Managers and identify their requirements
Order equipment from the warehouse to be ordered ready for shipping to conference venue
Post conference – Evaluation surveys to be sent out for completion by conference stakeholders.
To liaise with colleagues in US and AP offices to support the delivery for conferences in their territorie
Support the global conference initiatives as required.
